Another Year going awfully phucking phast, it's almost easter fer chrisakes!! I've done bugger all to the site, bugger all riding so far this year but the bills and expenxes seem to be about the same... I did the last run on the FJR to the Nambucca Heads FarRide on the 6th Feb. A mostly wet 2,700km trip that was eventful to say the least. The FJR is now sitting and waiting for me to finish making a few mods to the bike bench before putting it on there and stripping it down for a head rebuild, split the cases to fit new piston rings and respray all the fairings etc. It will take a while to do that's for sure. I'm supposed to be having a crack at the DustyButt in May, but with all the flooding out in western Qld, this might hae to be put off for a ... >> full...

Xmas is fast approaching, more coppers out on the road and the gubbermint sprouting about how dangerously the road toll is etc. Given how much extra traffic is on the road, I think the road toll isn't going to get much lower... Not many countries in the world offer the amount of dirt roads needed for this, ... >> full...

I've done bugger all since I put this site up. I've been a slack arse... went to MotoGP, had a ball, not so sure on that flying business tho. So what's been happening? Not a great deal, I've started planning the next trip aboard Hell's Postie, far bigger and more ambitious than the Birdsville trip, when things are a little more set in concrete I'll put something up. The last few days I've been making fiberglass moulds of some ducati parts, never know there might be a market for fiberglass fairings and even Carbon Fibre for those that like the bling factor. Coming up in the next few weeks; The imbil Rally held at the Borumba Deer park just west of Imbil, I'm a regular there every year and a few BikeMe boys will also be there, should be a good weekend. Saturday will be interesting, participating in a photo shoot, have ... >> full...
